The water is in the fridge itself, not on the floor. The seals are good, no sweating etc. It is realitively new about 5 years old. Any suggestions? The water is in the fridge itself, not on the floor. The seals are good, no sweating etc. We are talking about ALOT of water…everything drips when I take it out, and I have been drying it out daily. Answer:
There should be a drain tube that catches water from under the coil inside the refrigerator and carries it out and into a pan just above the floor where it evaporates. The tube is probably clogged with mold or crud and the water is not draining. Locate the clog and remove it and then flush the tube with a bleach solution.
