Watch many more ideas at www.AboveRubiesStudio.com This is just a simple name sign for my daughters room – this is to show you that ANYONE can do this and make something sweet, cute and personalized. In a few weeks – I’ll be showing you something much more detailed later on…but enjoy this for now.
Cushions belong all over your house, not just in the living room. Accent pieces, like cushions are the perfect accessory to add color and vibrancy to an otherwise ordinary room. The dining room chairs could use some cushions to make them attractive and comfortable. A few pretty cushions on your bed or divan can make it a luxurious and ornate resting spot you can dream in. Some large cushions on the floor are a cool casual touch in the children’s room or in front of the TV. Because of the numerous uses of cushions, covers are available in various sizes. Smaller ones can be used on chairs and sofas and larger ones on the floor or on the bed. At Shalincraft, we have a wide variety of cushion covers in various colors and styles to choose from. Made in India, they are of the finest hand crafted quality, and guaranteed to last a lifetime. Available in a range of sizes, our cushion covers come from different parts of India and have different kinds of designs and textures. Down in the plains, on the banks of the Ganges River, the weavers of Benaras recreate the magic of saris on silk cushion covers. Woven with metallic threads, these are available in three types: brocade, tanchui, and zardosi. Shimmery and soft, these are perfect for a bright touch in any room. The traditional designs include scenes from India and several geometric patterns. No matter which design you choose, these benarasi cushion covers show off your sophisticated great taste!
Love this Vid. I’m going to try this with my kids. Question, Do you know anything about murals? If so can I use that Gloss paint over my daughters Dora mural I did on her wall. I used those same acrlic paints you used to paint my mural. The mural is just sooo dull looking. Thanks for any help or advice you have.

@mhelby You can get it at Walmart for about 75 cents. Also Joann and Michaels often have sales on small pieces of wood and you can get them from 50 cents – 1.50. But you do have to shop around.
